I've ground my own coffee since my college days. In fact, I still use the same coffee grinder my mom gave me almost 25 years ago, and since then it's pulverized beans from Columbia, Mexico, Guatemala, Africa, Sumatra and a host of other places where coffee likes to grow. Before college I drank canned coffee, like Maxwell House and Folger's, but that was long ago. Never again...unless I'm desperate, which is one of the qualities of a coffee addict. Or if I'm on the road and there's nothing else. Or if I'm visting my mom. So maybe. But I hope not.
