At least according to the Better Business Bureau, which this article sites. I figured if I put it into the headline, Google will index it and all those customers looking for a phone number just might find it. Apparently, Classmates.com has not been a very consumer-friendly service and there are many complaints against them. The lack of a listed phone number anywhere on their site seems to validate their deceptive practices. Anyway...hope this helps someone.

I have tried to reach them but it seems that ALL phone numbers have been disconnected......

Classmates.com number is 206-301-5700. This number does work. I too did not know anything about a AUTO RENEWEL. They told me no refunds but as a curtusy to me. Their giving me only one payment back. Apparently I have two account which I was not aware of either. If i new of auto renewel Why would I have to accounts. I cancelled both and put a stop to the aunto renewel on both. Go into your account. Go to billing setting and edit. Click turn off Auto renewwel and comfirm with email and password. They said no refunds what the F. Take two amounts from me for YEARS. I am calling back. Warn everyone. If you have an account look at billing settings.
